Making A Purchase
Any products, information or advice offered by Dirtbusters are intended for professional carpet or oven cleaners cleaners who have attended a recognised training course. We take no responsibility for any claims as a result of damage caused due to the use of Dirtbusters supplied products. You are expected to use caution & your own judgement before acting on any information offered.
Businesses and individuals can order through the website, on the phone, or by dropping by if you are local. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Paypal. Remember to register to receive our free newsletter for regular special offers.
Once an order is placed on our website, you are directed to the worldpay or paypal secure payment page. You can then pay by credit, debit card or by paypal if you prefer. Cleansmart don't at any point have access to your credit card details when you pay online.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.
We ship to UK mainland only. Please do not attempt to place an order through this website if you reside outside the UK mainland, or the delivery address is outside the UK mainland. Instead email or phone in and we may be able to help. Non UK mainland orders placed through the Dirtbusters website will be refunded and subject to an administration charge.
Orders received before 2.30pm on normal working days (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) are normally processed same day and shipped by next working day courier. According to our courier service, around 98% of deliveries arrive next day. However, we can never guarantee next day delivery as we are always in the hands of the courier.
If any item you order is not in stock, or a delay is expected, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date and given the option to cancel your order with a full refund.
The standard lead time for machine and tank orders is 7 days, if you need a machine more quickly please telephone as we may be able to expedite your order.
At your request, we are happy to instruct our courier to leave your delivery with a neighbour or somewhere safe without a signature. However, we cannot accept any liability for the theft, damage or loss goods when left without a signature.
Damaged Or Lost Merchandise Claims
It is important to check deliveries and inspect for damage BEFORE signing for delivery. If there is damage either refuse the delivery or clearly write the word 'damaged' next to your signature when signing for the delivery and call Dirtbusters immediately.
You must report all claims for goods damaged during delivery immediately to Dirtbusters. Please keep the original delivery box as a photograph may be required as evidence. Claims must be made within 24 working hours of delivery.
Claims for shortages or errors in shipment must be made within 24 working hours of delivery of the merchandise.
Claims for missing orders must be notified within 7 days of the invoice date. If you do not receive your order within 2 working days, please inform Dirtbusters immediately so that we can make a claim with our courier on your behalf.
