Return & Refund

Cancelling before despatch
If you'd like to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, please call us on 01304 826607 or email hello@dirtbusters.co.uk as soon as possible. We'll aim to respond and cancel your order before it's despatched. Once an order has left our warehouse it can't be stopped or cancelled in transit, but you can return it once it arrives (see below).

Changed your mind?
You can return unwanted items within 30 days of purchase for a refund. By law, you can also change your mind and return items within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.

1. Email us first at hello@dirtbusters.co.uk with your order number and the items you'd like to return. A clear email is all we need.
2. Send the items back to us at your own cost. Items are your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend a tracked and signed service.
3. Include your name, address and order number, or a copy of your receipt, inside the parcel so we can identify your return.

We'll refund the goods to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving them back (or of you providing proof of return, if sooner). Standard UK mainland delivery is free. If you paid for a premium service such as next-day delivery, that extra charge isn't refundable.

Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging. If a product has been used beyond what's needed to check it, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect its reduced value.

Damaged, leaking, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, faulty or incorrect, contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible at hello@dirtbusters.co.uk with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

For your safety, please don't send damaged or leaking products back to us. Dispose of them following the instructions on the label. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Orders from other marketplaces
If you bought from us on Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Tesco or B&Q, please use that marketplace's returns process.

Your legal rights
This policy is in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and doesn't affect your statutory rights. The 14-day right to change your mind applies to consumers only, not business purchases.
