Our design patented Gas Van Mounted Oven Cleaning Dip Tank is made of 2mm, 204 grade stainless steel. This allows it to get up to high temperatures so you can achieve a top standard professional clean with ease.
Using a professional oven cleaning tank reduces the time spent cleaning. With high temperatures and ease of use, it’s a must have for professional oven cleaning, paired with professional non-caustic dip tank chemicals.
This tank comes with an 8.8kw gas burner complete with a regulator and hose. A 13kg Propane gas bottle is required for use. Full fitting instructions and 1 year warranty is provided when purchasing this tank. Fitting & use guidelines along with our burners having a flame failure device, makes this tank completely safe when fitted and used to guidelines.
A neoprene seal and toggle latches keep the lid down during transit keeping the liquid stored safely and retaining heat. This Gas tank should be heated in the morning for around 30 minutes and again at each job for between 15-20 minutes.
Levelling legs allow the tank to be raised on a single axis if parked on uneven surfaces. The legs are raised by turning the T-bar handles, raising the tank up or down. It is bolted to the floor of a van through the levelling legs.
When needed, the tank can be emptied by opening the two 28mm gate valves allowing the liquid to be drained into a bucket and disposed of appropriately.
The gas van mounted tank will fit in any small or medium sized van.
