Use by hand: dilute 5:1 (1 part solution to 5 parts water) in a spray bottle & apply directly on the affected area. Liberally apply to soak in. Leave for 1-2 hours for bad odours. Extract with water in a carpet cleaner machine or by hand with a cloth.

Use in a machine: dilute 10ml per litre of warm water in a machine with 1 tank. Or dilute 50:50 with water in a machine with two tanks (one for clean water & the other for solution).

Add to Pro Carpet Shampoo: To deep clean as well as remove strong odours, add 1 capful of Pro Urine & Odour Destroyer to Pro Carpet Shampoo in your machine.

Great cleaner

This solution works well, I have a very naughty cat that pees where he shouldnt and this removed the odour completely, I bought before the pet pro which although smelt nice didnt remove the smell so well, brilliant for general cleaning though

Used this and pleasantly surprised with what I purchased will need to try it more times and see if get the same result

Smells lovely and appears to work!

I’ve moved into a house that’s previously been home to a family of poodles. As lovely as they are, their toilet habits were questionable, especially on the bare flood boards. I’ve treated the floor with this spray a couple of times so far and the smell is definitely improving, and the spray itself has a sweet almond smell which is gorgeous. Thank you for saving my floor boards!

Having only used it 2 times so far it seems very good and it smells so good

Not for me!

Used this 4 times over the course of a couple of weeks on my rug and still had to skip the rug unfortunately. Smells ok and made a little bit of a difference but not for me I'm afraid
